Please allow 5 – 10 business days for processing. Our equipment is fully refurbished and tested to the highest standards. This process starts when your order is received. You will receive a Sales Order Confirmation within 24 hours confirming receipt of your order. If your item is Out of Stock, you will be notified.
5 YEAR WARRANTY - Equipment provided by Dalmatian Fire Equipment comes with a limited five year warranty unless otherwise noted. Dalmatian Fire Equipment offers one free visual inspection and function test per SCBA before 24 months(shipping and battery charges will apply) and one free hydrostatic test per cylinder before 60 months. A visual inspection and function test is required every 24 months to keep the SCBA warranty in effect for the duration of the warranty period.

Dalmatian Fire Equipment, LLC sells cleaned and tested Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus and related equipment. Dalmatian Fire Equipment, LLC completes repairs using only original equipment manufacturer (OEM) repair parts specified by the manufacturer for use on the SCBA model sold. Repairs and tests are made following the SCBA manufacturer's published technical repair procedures. All SCBAs are flow tested using Honeywell calibrated POSICHEK 3 machines. Dalmatian Fire Equipment, LLC does not mix parts across brands. Dalmatian Fire Equipment, LLC does not substitute parts from one model into another model. Dalmatian Fire Equipment, LLC is not a manufacturer certified dealer. Dalmatian Fire Equipment, LLC offers OEM cylinders for use with SCBA's, and is a U.S Department of Transportation (DOT) The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) certified Hydrostatic Test facility. Dalmatian Fire Equipment, LLC may offer generic U.S Department of Transportation (DOT) The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) certified cylinders to customers who accepts responsibility for using cylinders that may not comply with the requirements of the local, state or federal agency, including but not limited to the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health. Buyer accepts full responsibility to investigate and, to Buyer's satisfaction, comply with such requirements. Dalmatian Fire Equipment, LLC repairs harnesses and head-straps with Kevlar thread, NOMEX material and Kevlar straps matching OEM materials. Dalmatian's experienced technicians have tested and sold more than 100,000 SCBA packs since 2007 without a recall or safety incident.
All equipment provided by Dalmatian Fire Equipment is cleaned and tested. SCBA Packs all ship with a current functional test, and all used cylinders come with a new hydrostatic test. Harnesses may have heat discoloration. Masks will be lightly used and may have scuffed lenses, but no distortion of vision. All seams are repaired and no material is torn. Customers are advised to thoroughly inspect equipment upon receipt and before use. Dalmatian Fire Equipment is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from improper use, neglect, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
